Screenshots and takedown

The screenshots on SITED show public websites. They are used only to document, discuss and credit their design, always with a link to the original site and, where known, to the people who made it. All rights to the websites, their content and their trademarks stay with their owners.

If you own a website shown here and want something corrected or removed, write to yo@sited.ch. We usually reply within a few days.

Privacy

SITED collects as little as possible.

No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other servers: no ads, no social media widgets, no external fonts.

Saved sites. The list of sites you save with ♡ is stored only in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Server logs. Like every website, our server records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, and they are deleted automatically after a short period. The server is run by OVH and located in Frankfurt, Germany.

Emails. If you write to us, for example to submit a website, we use your message and email address only to answer you. We do not share them and we do not send newsletters.

Credits. Next to each website we may name the agency, studio or designer who made it, as published on the site itself or in their portfolio. If you are named and want a change, write to us.

Your rights. You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at yo@sited.ch. Swiss data protection law applies.
